When to book further ahead
Demand is highest from July to September and again in December. In those months the venues worth going to stop having space first, and the arrangement is only as good as what is still available.
A few days is usually enough. In peak months, longer — and the desk will tell you honestly if the dates are tight rather than taking the booking and hoping.
